Coyote Stories
I had the chance to see The Crane Wives in concert, and I had to make some art of one of my favorite albums of theirs: Coyote Stories! I highly recommend checking out their music--I've been a massive fan for years at this point. If I have the time I'd love to draw art for more of their albums!
For this piece I tried experimenting with my color choices. I sort of just let myself pick whatever colors I felt were best and ran with it. It helped me think about the lighting and temperatures of the piece. Overall I was really pleased with all the mid-tone variations I got!
